JOB PURPOSE

As a Senior Business Consultant at Companjon, you will play a crucial role in driving our Growth initiatives and enhancing operational efficiency. You will manage the sales RFP process to ensure successful outcomes, develop strategic documentation to support sales excellence, and align with top management on business strategies to promote cohesive growth. Your role involves analytical tasks such as business case development and complex data analysis, directly impacting our growth and solutions initiatives. This position offers the opportunity to lead key projects, engage with diverse stakeholders, and contribute creatively to our dynamic, fast-growing environment.

ROLE AND KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

What you will do as Senior Business Consultant in Companjon

Manage the sales RFP process to ensure successful delivery and outcomes
Create and maintain documentation and tools to promote sales excellence and streamline processes
Support the Commercial Lead with diverse tasks and initiatives, contributing to strategic decisions
Engage directly with top management to align on business strategies and objectives, ensuring cohesive growth and development across the company
Manage different workstreams guaranteeing success of the projects
Use your quantitative skills to work on business cases, build models and conduct complex data analyses, also to support our Growth and Solutions teams
Develop presentations for various internal and external stakeholders
Be ready to deal with uncertainty and work in unexpected situations
Use your creative skills and work on innovative ideas and concepts
Gain new skills and build on the strengths you bring to Companjon

QUALIFICATIONS & EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

What you will need to succeed

Relevant experience in Consulting (preferably top strategy consulting company) and/or Commercial roles with a strong focus on Project Management
BSc/Master’s degree in management, economics, finance, technology, or related fields
Experienced in financial modelling and revenue forecast for new potential clients
Strong quantitative and analytical capabilities and problem-solving skills
Advanced knowledge and professional experience in MS Office suite (Excel and PowerPoint at excellent level)
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
